Camera Confidence, Photography & Content
Created for small business owners
If you’re regularly creating content for your website, social media, newsletters or marketing, and want your images to feel more aligned, confident and intentional, this day is designed with you in mind.
We’ll focus on helping you: Create images that support your business and brand. Build a library of content you can reuse across platforms. Feel more confident showing up as the face behind your business. Stop scrambling for last-minute posts and images.
Everything we cover is rooted in real-life small business needs, practical, flexible and designed to work around busy schedules.
Held at my North Oxfordshire home and limited to just 8 people, this workshop is intentionally small, relaxed and supportive.

A different approach to confidence and content
Confidence isn’t something you either have or don’t have. It’s something you can understand, build, and return to.
Throughout the day, we’ll gently explore:
• What confidence really is and why it often feels elusive
• How to feel more at ease in front of the camera
• How to work with yourself rather than against yourself
This is not about changing who you are, it’s about feeling more comfortable showing up as you.
Photography,
simplified
You don’t need expensive equipment or technical expertise to create strong, authentic images.
We’ll focus on:
• Using natural light effectively
• Simple technical adjustments that elevate your images
• Working confidently with any camera, including phones
• Creating images that feel natural rather than posed
Clear, accessible guidance, without jargon or overwhelm.
Content with clarity and intention
Rather than chasing trends or posting for the sake of it, we’ll look at how to create content that feels aligned and sustainable.
You’ll be guided through:
• Clarifying what your content is really for
• Generating ideas that feel authentic to you
• Planning content in a way that supports your business and energy
• Creating images you can actually use, again and again
The aim is ease, consistency and confidence - not pressure.
About your host
I’m Jodie, a brand and lifestyle photographer with over twenty years’ experience working with people from all walks of life.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen first-hand how uncomfortable being photographed can feel, especially for small business owners who are expected to show up confidently and consistently online.
My approach is calm, natural and supportive. I don’t believe in forcing poses or perfection. I believe confidence comes from understanding, gentle guidance, and feeling at ease.
This workshop brings together everything I’ve learnt over the years — helping people feel more comfortable in front of the camera, understand how to create better images with ease, and feel clearer about what to share.
The day is designed to feel relaxed, human and encouraging and I’ll be there throughout to guide and support you.
