Every wedding I attend is lovely, my clients are ALWAYS super and I always have such a great time. This wedding however felt extra special for a whole number of reasons.
Firstly, were the people; Every single wedding party member, family member and guest were so welcoming to me.
Secondly, was the laughter; From girl squad dance moves, guest streakers, groom roulette archery and ceilidh dancing I had a permanent grin plastered across my face.
Thirdly, was the feeling of compassion; I felt love and proudness for a family who I had only just met but who captured my heart with their words of love and upmost strength at a time when they were missing a vital piece of their puzzle.
Lastly, I got tested under pressure and think I passed; To cut a long story very short I got thrown in at the deep end and ended up being videographer as well as a photographer for a while. (Talk about multi tasking, for those who do juggle both, you must be mad!) I am looking forward to seeing the finished video and hope that the first few minutes are not all blurry. :-)
As always I’ll let the pictures do the talking. I hope you like them.
